上海市律師協(xié)會特邀會員招募通知

為搭建涉外法律服務工作者交流學習的平臺，提升涉外法律服務市場的服務水平和質量，促進上海涉外法律服務業(yè)的科學發(fā)展，上海市律師協(xié)會（以下簡稱“市律協(xié)”）招募符合規(guī)定的機構和個人作為特邀會員加入。
根據《上海市律師協(xié)會特邀會員規(guī)則》（試行），市律協(xié)特邀會員分為團體會員和個人會員，以機構名義加入市律協(xié)的特邀會員為團體會員，以自然人名義加入市律協(xié)的特邀會員為個人會員。具體如下：
團體會員包括：
（一） 經批準設立的外國律師事務所駐滬代表機構；
（二） 經批準設立的港、澳及其他地區(qū)律師事務所駐滬代表機構。
（一） 對市律協(xié)的工作提出意見和建議；
（二） 委派代表參與市律協(xié)組織的除面向申請律師執(zhí)業(yè)人員培訓外的培訓、學習、研討、交流、國際會議和聯誼活動；
（三） 參與承辦或協(xié)辦市律協(xié)組織的各項研討、交流、國際會議和聯誼活動，并可根據實際情況以團體會員名義享有在該等會議、活動中的冠名權，委派代表在該等會議、活動中擔任代表團體會員擔任演講嘉賓；
（四）使用市律協(xié)的圖書、資料、網絡、信息、設施等；
（五） 受邀參加市律協(xié)組織的特邀會員之間或特邀會員與其他會員之間的專業(yè)和管理經驗交流活動；
（六） 受邀委派代表列席律師代表大會；
（七） 受邀委派代表參加市律協(xié)各業(yè)務研究委員會；
（八） 受邀委派代表參與市律協(xié)對相關立法、司法和行政執(zhí)法工作的意見和建議；
（九） 受邀組織、承辦或參與市律協(xié)的專項調研或課題研究工作；
（十） 享有市律協(xié)的咨詢服務；
（十一） 參加市律協(xié)組織的針對特邀會員的評優(yōu)和宣傳活動；
（十二） 參加市律協(xié)組織的文體活動；
（十三） 根據會員的要求，維護會員的合法權利；
（十四） 市律協(xié)理事會明確的其他權利。
個人會員包括：
（一） 非團體會員的經批準設立的外國律師事務所駐滬代表機構中的首席代表及至多不超過兩位聘用人員；
（二） 非團體會員的經批準設立的香港特別行政區(qū)、澳門特別行政區(qū)及其他地區(qū)律師事務所駐滬代表機構中的首席代表及至多不超過兩位聘用人員；
（三）在滬跨國公司地區(qū)總部、跨國公司駐滬子公司、分公司、研發(fā)中心等法務部、合規(guī)、風控部、知識產權部等相關部門的負責人；
（四） 其他經律師協(xié)會邀請的個人。
個人會員享有以下會員權利：
（一） 對律師協(xié)會的工作提出意見和建議；
（二） 參與律師協(xié)會組織的除面向申請律師執(zhí)業(yè)人員培訓外的培訓、學習、研究、交流、國際會議和聯誼活動
（三） 使用律師協(xié)會的圖書、資料、網絡、信息、設施等；
（四） 受邀參加律師協(xié)會組織的特邀會員之間或特邀會員與其他會員之間的專業(yè)和管理經驗交流活動；
（五） 受邀列席律師代表大會；
（六） 受邀參加律師協(xié)會各業(yè)務研究委員會；
（七） 受邀參與律師協(xié)會組織的對相關立法、司法和行政執(zhí)法工作的意見和建議；
（八） 受邀組織、承辦或參與律師協(xié)會的專項調研或課題研究工作；
（九） 享有律師協(xié)會的咨詢服務；
（十） 參加律師協(xié)會組織的針對特邀會員的評優(yōu)和宣傳活動；
（十一） 參加律師協(xié)會舉辦的文體活動；
（十二） 根據會員的要求，維護會員的合法權利；
（十三） 律師協(xié)會理事會明確的其他權利。特邀會員根據市律協(xié)的邀請加入律師協(xié)會，且遵循自愿加入的原則。
特邀會員加入市律協(xié)需繳納會費，會費收繳額度為：
（一）團體會員年費為人民幣5,000元；
（二）個人會員年費為人民幣1,200元。

The Shanghai Bar Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association” or “we”),in a collective effort to establish a platform for communication and exchange among professionals in the provision of foreign legal services,improve the quality of service of the foreign legal service market and promote the scientific development of the foreign legal service industry in Shanghai,hereby recruits qualified institutions and individuals to join the Associationas specially-invited members.
In accordance with the Shanghai Bar Association’s Rules for Specially-Invited Members (Trial Implementation), specially-invited members of the Association include organizational members and individual members. Specially-invited members who join the Association in their institutional capacity are considered organizational members,and natural persons who join the Association in their individual capacity are considered individual members. The details are as follows:
Organizational members include:
1.Government sanctioned foreign law firms’ representative offices based in Shanghai;2.Government sanctioned Hong Kong, Macao and other regional law firms’representative offices based in Shanghai.
Organizational members are entitled to the following membership rights:
1.Raise comments and suggestions regarding the work of the Association;2.Appoint represent atives to participate in trainings, studies, discussions,communications, international conferences and fellowship activities organized by the Association, excluding trainings for professionals in their admission topractice law;
3.Participate in the organization or co-organization of various seminars,exchanges, international conferences and fellowship activities organized by the Association; as deemed appropriate based on the actual circumstance,participants/organizers may be entitled to name such meetings and activities intheir organizational name and appoint representatives to serve as guestlecturers to speak at meetings and activities on behalf of the organizational members;
4.Make use of the Association’s books, materials, online network,information, facilities, etc.;
5.Participate (at the invitation of the Association) in events for the exchange of professional and management experience organized by the Association among specially-invited members or between specially-invited members and other members of the Association;
6.Participate (at the invitation of the Association) and appoint representatives to attend the attorneys’ representative assembly;
7.Participate (at the invitation of the Association) and appoint representatives to join the practice committees of the Association;
8.Participate (at the invitation of the Association) and appoint representatives to participate in the Association’s provision of comments andopinions on legislations, justice and administrative law enforcement;
9.Organize, undertake, or participate (at the invitation of the Association)in special researches and studies conducted by the Association;
10.Receive consultation services provided by the Association;
11.Participate in evaluation and promotional activities organized by the Association for specially-invited members;
12.Participate in cultural and recreational activities organized by the Association;
13.Protect the rights and interests of members upon their requests;
14.Other rights specified by the Council of the Association.
1.The chief representative and no more than two employees of a government sanctioned, Shanghai-base drepresentative office of a foreign law firm (non-organizational member) ;
2.The chief representative and no more than two employees of a government sanctioned Shanghai-based representative office of a Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region or other regional law firm (non-organizational member);
3.Persons in charge of the legal affairs, compliance, risk control and intellectual property departments of a Shanghai-based multinational company’s regional headquarters or of a multinational company’s Shanghai-based subsidiary,branch offices and R&D centers etc.;
4.Other individuals invited by the Association.
Individual members are entitled to the following membership rights:
1.Raise comments and suggestions regarding the work of the Association;
2.Participate in trainings, studies, discussions, communications,international conferences and fellowship activities organized by the Association;
3.Make use of the Association’s books, materials, online network,information, facilities, etc.;
4.Participate (at the invitation of the Association) in events for the exchange of professional and management experience organized by the Association amongspecially-invited members or between specially-invited members and othermembers of the Association;
5.Participate (at the invitation of the Association) in the attorneys’representative assembly;
6.Join (at the invitation of the Association) the practice committees of the Association;
7.Participate (at the invitation of the Association) in the Association’s provision of comments and opinions on legislations, justice and administrative law enforcement;
8.Organize, undertake, or participate (at the invitation of the Association) in special researches and studies conducted by the Association;
9.Receive consultation services provided by the Association;
10.Participate in evaluation and promotional activities organized by the Association;
11.Participate in cultural and recreational activities organized by the Association;
12.Protect the rights and interests of members upon their requests;
13.Other rights specified by the Council of the Association. Specially-invited members shall join the Association by accepting our invitation in accordance with the principle of voluntary participation.
Specially-invitedmembers shall pay membership fees to the Association in the amount set forth below:
1.The annual feefor organizational members is RMB5,000;2.The annual feefor individual members is RMB1, 200
